What a great picture. I was at Keeneland Friday and saw Julien's flight. It was amazing. What you probably did not see was after Julien got up he began beating the ground with his whip. That incident wound up costing him the riding title. Bejarano caught up with him that day and they tied for leading rider. I guess he sensed that!
like John I was there and what was amazing to me is that he literally bounced along the safety rail a couple of times before landing in the infield grass and then rode the next race...oh to be 22 and invincible! Definitely a tribute to the athleticism it takes to be a jockey.

Wow, that photo is insane!
I am looking into actually purchasing that photo from Kentucky.com Almost too cool to pass up and an 11X14 is only $40.
Thank God for that safety rail, I couldn't believe that when I saw the replay.
